CMS have invested heavily in our quality programme over the last 20 years to ensure that we are in a position to successfully deliver world class solutions to our customers. We know that like us, our customers strive to improve the way they operate, whether that means increasing market share, driving down costs, managing risk more effectively or improving customer satisfaction. Our CMS quality management system gives us the framework that we need to monitor and improve performance in any every area of our business and therefore deliver the necessary skills and services to our customers in a uniform and predictable manner.

ISO 9001 is by far the world’s most established quality framework, currently being used by over 1 Million organisations in almost 200 countries worldwide, and sets the standard not only for quality management systems, but management systems in general.

For CMS to hold the ISO 9001 accreditation indicates that the company has been externally assessed and found to have a consistency of approach in developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system that enhances customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

ITIL
ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally. IT Service Management (ITSM) derives enormous benefits from a best practice approach. Because ITSM is driven both by technology and the huge range of organisational environments in which it operates, it is in a state of constant evolution. CMS have Best practice, based on expert advice and input from ITIL users is both current and practical, combining the latest thinking with sound, common sense guidance.

PRINCE2
CMS continue to invest in the skills of our people to ensure that they are fully certified and kept abreast of the latest developments regarding the PRINCE2 accreditation programme. PRINCE2 is a de facto standard developed and used extensively by the UK government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. It embodies established and proven best practice in project management.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments), is a widely used project management method that navigates you through all the essentials for running a successful project. PRINCE2 is a flexible method and is aimed at all types of projects.

Because of the nature of our work, CMS are constantly involved in business critical projects that involve our customer’s data. It is therefore imperative that we understand and utilise our skills around the PRINCE2 project methodology.
