Our values have been fostered throughout the last 20 years in the IT industry. Without them, we would not be in business today.

We know that we must challenge ourselves both as a business and as individuals each and every day. Doing so keeps us at the top of our game. Our key values are the launch-pad for driving the business towards greater accomplishments.

Excellence
We are constantly driven by our customers and their requirements. In order to achieve excellence, we must have the desire and the passion to aspire to go the extra mile for our customers. We must remember that without our customers we have no business. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Passion
We feel passionately that the only reason IT exists is to make things easier, more cost effective and quicker. This means that we don’t throw our customers money at an expensive solution if it is not the right solution. We feel passionately that our customers will learn to trust us if we help them to spend their money wisely. We feel passionately about doing the right thing by our customers. Our customers know that and that is why they come back and use us time and time again.

Trust
We know that trust is something that is earned. It is not readily given away. Over the past 20 years of business, CMS have developed trust in our partners, our colleagues and the technologies we work with to deliver a quality service to our clients. Similarly, from our first sales meeting with a potential new client, to winning a new contract to managing and supporting our oldest clients, we are always developing a closer bond and a higher level of trust. We must always try to deliver on the promises we make.

We know that success is not just winning a new piece of business or gaining a new account to CMS. Success to us, is showing our customers a different way of delivering services that not only saves them money, it makes them money.

Without the desire to succeed we are nothing as a business. We employ people that demonstrate the right amount of desire and passion and always strive for excellence. We grow our business by having the right people in the right positions that can take advantage of the opportunity to make or save our customers money.

Experience
Every experience is a good experience if we learn something from it. Therefore, we are always learning. The lessons we have learnt and 20 years of extensive experience allows us to understand the difference between the right solution for our customers and a solution that is either ‘over engineered’, too costly, or will patently not work. That is how we keep costs to a minimum and keep our customers one step ahead of the competition.
