In 2009 Cloud Expo Europe brought together some of the Industry’s most respected luminaries and key industry leaders such as Google, Amazon, IBM, Red Hat, Cisco, Sun, SugarCRM and many more to present the case for Cloud Computing. In 1 year Cloud Computing has moved forward dramatically and research has shown that by 2012 20% of enterprises will be relying solely on Cloud Computing as a means to running their IT.

In 2011 Cloud Expo Europe will be co-located with Open Source Expo. These two events will enable visitors to arm themselves with the latest information, resources, ideas and examples which they can apply in their own working environment to maximise performance, improve scalability and minimise outlay.

By 2012, 80 percent of Fortune 1000 companies will pay for some cloud computing service, and 30 percent of them will pay for cloud computing infrastructure.
