CMS deliver technology procurement best practice to all of our customers which allow them to deliver both effectively and cost efficiently, very high quality IT services to their business, its users, their partners and suppliers.

Key to this success has been the ability to reduce the number of hardware and software suppliers, vendors, part numbers, costs and technologies. The creation of centralised systems that are more manageable and cost efficient enables our customers to achieve economies of scale and meet their procurement best practice targets.

CMS have developed a procurement site that helps each one of our customers to purchase IT hardware and software and know that they are buying a CMS approved and supported product. The site is called ‘Requisite’ and enables our customers to provide sign off levels for every IT purchase.

This means that un-supported products cannot be purchased without the authorisation of a senior manager. Buying in this way, also helps the our customers to standardise on a particular technology and therefore keep support costs to a minimum.
