IT Field Support Features:
Due to the success of the Service Desk, only 1% of calls raised require IT Field Support escalation as we manage to resolve 99% of all issues remotely. That being said, having an onsite presence is critical in some scenarios.

Our engineers are highly trained with the view that once they attend site they can fix most issues, including server rebuilds.
