Pre-Audit Checklist
Before you take our StrategyOS Digital Maturity Assessment, or any similar audit, these points will help you get the most from it.
- Company name and approximate employee count
- Industry or sector (hospitality, legal, finance, healthcare, etc.)
- Rough sense of who owns IT strategy today (internal, external, or none)
- Whether you have a documented IT strategy or roadmap
- Whether MFA is enforced for critical systems
- Whether you have an incident response plan
- Whether security awareness training is in place
- Cloud adoption level (mostly on-prem, hybrid, or mostly cloud)
- Backup and DR approach (tested or not)
- How you currently track assets and compliance
