Important Microsoft Price Changes & Promotions

We have some significant updates regarding the pricing of several Microsoft products that may impact your organization. These changes are part of Microsoft's ongoing efforts to enhance its product offerings and ensure they continue to deliver exceptional value.
Power BI Pro and Premium Per User (PPU) Licenses:
Starting April 1, 2025, Microsoft will implement the following price changes for Power BI licenses:
Power BI Pro: The price will increase from £8 to £11 per user, per month.
Power BI Premium Per User (PPU): The price will increase from £16 to £19 per user, per month.
Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Licenses:
Effective April 1, 2025, a 5% price increase will be on all annual subscriptions with monthly billing plans. This includes popular products such as Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Dynamics 365. This change will apply to new and renewing subscriptions from this date.
Teams Phone Standard:
The price for Teams Phone Standard will increase from £6 to £8 per user per month, effective April 1, 2025.
Microsoft 365 Copilot:
Starting December 1, 2024, Microsoft 365 Copilot will offer an annual subscription term with a monthly billing option available at a 5% premium over the traditional annual billing price.
Promotions:
Microsoft 365 E5 Promotion: From January 1 to June 30, 2025, new Microsoft 365 E5 customers can receive a 15% discount on annual subscriptions for up to 2,400 licenses.
Microsoft 365 Copilot Promotion: Between September 1 and December 31, 2024, new Microsoft 365 Copilot customers can lock in a 15% discount for up to 300 licenses.
